THE STYLED SESSION

The Styled Session is the next step in our creative process, where we explore your event in greater detail and begin defining the scope, styling direction and level of service required to bring it together.

Miss Events Melbourne is a full-service Event Planning, Styling & Design studio. The Styled Session is exclusively available to clients considering our full-service offering and is not available for hire-only enquiries.

Plus GST, customisation, applicable service fees, delivery, setup, pickup and security bond.

Our minimum investment reflects our full-service approach and the creative direction, design development, planning, preparation and professional styling involved in bringing each event or wedding together.

By proceeding with The Styled Session, you acknowledge and understand the applicable minimum investment.

If you are looking for individual hire pieces without Styling, Design, Creative Direction or a Stylist, our Event Hire & Supply business may be more suitable for your requirements.

Once your initial scope is agreed, The Reservation formally secures Miss Events Melbourne for your event.

With your booking confirmed, we move beyond the initial conversation and into the planning and creative process — developing the details, direction and experience that will shape your event.

The Private Client Space.

The Client Suite is an invitation-only resource space created exclusively for confirmed Miss Events Melbourne clients.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invitation to create your client account and access a curated collection of planning information, styling guidance, colour palettes and resources designed to support you throughout your event journey.

Your Client Suite provides a dedicated place to explore the information and tools relevant to the Miss Events experience as we move from planning and design through to final preparation.

Access is available to booked clients by invitation only.

This is where the vision begins to feel real — and where we make sure every element belongs and works together as part of the complete design.

With the creative direction established, we move into refinement.

Together, we review the design, make considered selections and fine-tune the elements that will shape the final experience — from colour and texture to florals, tablescapes, drapery, signage and styling details.

This is where the concept becomes distinctly yours, with every choice considered as part of the complete event.

With the design refined, we bring every final detail together in preparation for your event.

Selections, quantities, floor plans, runsheets, planning details, signage, stationery, supplier information, venue requirements, timings and styling logistics are reviewed and confirmed — bringing the design and planning together into one clear and considered event plan.

Behind the scenes, our team prepares, packs, schedules and coordinates each element so that when event day arrives, every detail, movement and moment has already been considered.

With every detail approved, your event moves into production.

Behind the scenes, our team begins bringing the plans into the physical world — preparing and quality-checking hire items, producing custom details, preparing drapery and styling installations, coordinating logistics, organising quantities and carefully packing everything required for your event.

From production and preparation through to the final checks, every element is handled with intention and coordinated as part of the complete event plan.

Everything is checked, prepared and ready for a seamless installation as we move from the production studio to the event space.

The Build Begins.

Event day has arrived.

Our team works onsite to install and style each element in accordance with your approved Style Concept — transforming the venue through considered placement, layering and attention to detail.

From drapery and tablescapes to florals, candle styling, signage and final finishing touches, every element is brought together with intention before your guests arrive.

This is where the design moves from concept to reality — and the space is transformed for the experience ahead.

As your celebration comes to an end, our team returns for the scheduled pack-down and collection of all Miss Events Melbourne hire and styling pieces.

Behind the scenes, the event is carefully dismantled, packed and returned to our studio. Each item is checked and returned to our collection, while any personalised pieces that are yours to keep are carefully prepared for collection or delivery.

It is the final stage of a journey considered from beginning to end — from our first conversation to the last detail.
