Standard Event Crew does not include creative styling or cleaning unless specifically requested and quoted.
Trade hire and experienced event crew for Melbourne event professionals. Bump-in, bump-out, setup, pack-down, logistics and event hire support.
Event Crew services start from $150 + GST per attendance.
Each event is quoted individually based on the required crew, location, access, duration, scope and logistics.
Additional rates may apply for late-night work, weekends, extended hours, transport, drivers, additional crew and more involved installations.
Styling and cleaning are not included in standard Event Crew rates and must be specifically requested and quoted.
Our Event Crew work to the scope, placement plan and instructions supplied by the engaging trade business.
Crew are provided as an independent service agency and do not represent your business or brand unless specifically agreed.
Client-owned, hired and third-party items remain the responsibility of the engaging business. Our standard business insurance applies while our crew are actively performing the agreed services, but does not extend to client-owned or third-party stock, or continue once our crew have completed the agreed scope and left site.
Changes to access, timings, quantities or scope may affect crew requirements and pricing. Any additional costs will be discussed before proceeding where possible.
Styling, cleaning and additional services are only included where specifically requested and quoted.
