By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Ticket Price: $110 per person + GST
1. TICKETS & BOOKINGS
Tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Tickets cannot be held without payment.
2. TICKET INCLUSIONS
Each ticket includes entry to The Pink Society Inaugural High Tea and the food and beverage inclusions specified on the event page at the time of purchase, including a welcome glass of sparkling.
Additional beverages, products, fundraising purchases or other purchases are not included unless expressly stated.
3. NATIONAL BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION FUNDRAISING
The Pink Society Inaugural High Tea 2026 is fundraising in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
A percentage of ticket sales will be donated in support of NBCF, and additional fundraising activities may take place throughout the event.
The Pink Society High Tea is independently organised and is not an event operated by NBCF.
4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TICKET TRANSFERS
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, subject to any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the limited-capacity nature of The Pink Society Inaugural High Tea and the advance commitments made to the venue, catering, suppliers and event production, refunds will not be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts or late arrival.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. The replacement guest's full name and relevant booking details must be provided to Miss Events Melbourne prior to the event.
Failure to attend the event will be treated as a no-show and will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, exchange or transfer to a future event.
If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organiser, the provisions under Event Changes below will apply.
Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. EVENT CHANGES
Miss Events Melbourne reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, menu, styling, entertainment, suppliers, inclusions or schedule where circumstances require.
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted regarding applicable refund arrangements.
6. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES
Dietary requirement options are not currently offered as part of the ticket booking.
Guests with dietary requirements should contact Miss Events Melbourne prior to purchasing so we can enquire with the venue as to whether an accommodation can be made.
While reasonable efforts may be made where possible, dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed and an allergen-free environment cannot be assured.
Guests with severe allergies should contact us before purchasing a ticket.
7. SEATING
Seating will be allocated by the event organisers.
Guests wishing to be seated together should book together (Full Table) wherever possible.
8. ARRIVAL & LATE ATTENDANCE
Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly for the 2:00pm event commencement. Doors open at 2:00pm not earlier
The event concludes at 4:00pm.
Late arrival does not entitle a ticket holder to an extension of the event, replacement menu items or a partial refund.
9. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Alcohol at the event will be supplied and served by the venue in accordance with its liquor licence conditions, Victorian liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
Guests may be required to provide valid identification. Venue management and authorised staff reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the service of alcohol where required by law, the venue's liquor licence conditions or responsible service obligations.
The service, supply and management of alcohol is the responsibility of the licensed venue.
Miss Events Melbourne and Miss High Tea do not supply or serve alcohol and are not responsible for decisions made by the venue in relation to alcohol service.
Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT
Photography and videography may take place throughout The Pink Society Inaugural High Tea for event, promotional, editorial and social media purposes.
By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event imagery.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed should advise the event team on arrival.
11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings.
Miss Events Melbourne, Miss High Tea and participating suppliers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property to the extent permitted by law.
12. GUEST CONDUCT
The Pink Society is intended to be a welcoming, respectful and enjoyable experience for all guests.
The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or require a guest to leave where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate.
13. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Ticket Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
